1. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
3. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
4. Members can make multiple redemptions. 15,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
5. In case of no show, the redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
